The challenge

Three product domains, booking, education and a healthcare store, each with their own data and workflows, had to live in one app without feeling like three apps behind one icon.

What we built

  • React Native app for Android and iOS built around three everyday actions: find a doctor, learn, shop.
  • NestJS and TypeScript backend over PostgreSQL with modular boundaries for appointments, commerce and content.
  • Next.js admin dashboard that manages appointments, users, products and content independently of app releases.
  • Commerce built into the care journey with stock visibility, quantity controls and cart actions.
