The challenge

Carrier assignment rules were spread across systems, pricing varied by merchant, zone, weight and cash on delivery, and staff reconciled it all by hand. The frontend had to be built from a blank slate while the business rules were still being written.

What we built

• Full frontend ownership, from architecture and design system to the workflows used across every shift.
• Dense rules turned into searchable grids, guided forms, rate cards, capacity rules and transparent assignment logic.
• A rule builder with explicit priority and status, so any disputed assignment can be explained after the fact.
• Caching, targeted fetching and pagination keep large data grids fast all day.
