The challenge

Most payment errors are ordinary mistakes: wrong person, wrong amount, a misunderstanding. In instant settlement products all of them are final.

What we built

• Transfers sit in a waiting for acceptance state that the sender can cancel and the recipient can accept or decline.
• Layered security: credentials once, then a five digit PIN for daily access.
• Static and one off QR codes, in-app chat attached to payments, and withdrawals with fees shown before confirmation.
